Live the life your soul wants

3.Leaving the old path behind

Realising the path, you are on isn’t aligned with your true self can be overwhelming, because you now know you are not who you thought you were, and will need to change and move on from things in your life.

You may feel like throwing everything away and start new. Some mistakes can have consequences you can’t come back from, so it’s a good idea to take a step back and discern what is true rather than react. This way it will be easier to decide what serves your highest good.

The path to self-realization is a work in progress, so you will always only have a snippet of the truth to work with. Embarking on a new path will likely bring some repeat patterns for understanding and growth.

Many are fooled into thinking they have taken a completely different path, because it came dressed in a different outfit, but there were still aspects of the same patterns they didn’t recognize.

Life purposes are not fulfilled by charging at them like a bull. This approach mainly focuses on surface growth in the outer, which does not bring about transformation, thus ending up being distractions from the real growth.

Some of you may need some training, and teaching to help you get on track, but it must be self-evaluated well what is of real benefit for growth. Its better to align with the inner first, and then you will be in a better position to discern what you need. What you need isn’t often what you want.

When not clear on the steps to take, it tends to cause repetitive second-guessing decisions. This usually happens when experiencing inner conflicts about what path to take, because there is a lack of trust in the decisions being made. The true self is never really understood until the inner wisdom is listened to.
